Even though we know that it will be hard work when you join us at JEPCO for the season, we want you to have fun and recognise your potential whilst you are with us. Over the years, many people have joined JEPCO on a seasonal contract and have stayed with us, assuming a variety of roles including managerial positions. It is important to us that you have every opportunity to progress with us, therefore, you will be given the necessary tools to execute your role to the best of your abilities, trained by product and process experts and always made aware of advancement opportunities within JEPCO.
